This patient presented with a severely overcrowded upper arch. He had one premolar extracted to make space for the teeth to be aligned well by a fixed upper metal brace. The treatment took 24months to complete to achieve a great result.
Case 4
Patient presented with extensive bone loss on a molar. The tooth was extracted and after this there was insufficient bone height for a dental implant. Patient had a sinus lift surgery to create space for an implant. After allowing the surgery to settle down for 9 months a dental implant was placed and 3 months later a crown was fitted.
