This lovely patient presented with a few missing premolars and molars on the upper arch. Patient was wearing an acrylic partial denture. Patient had 5 implants placed on the upper arch, 2 on the left hand side and 3 on the right hand side. Patient had 2 implant crowns on the left hand side and an implant retained bridge on the right hand side. Thereafter patient had her incisors crowned with full ceramic crowns to improve the aesthetics of the anterior teeth. A very happy patient.
