Dr Hetal Patel

Hetal Patel is our Principal Dentist. She graduated in Birmingham Dental School in 2007. She has now worked as a general dentist for 7 years in a busy family dental practice gaining a comprehensive knowledge of all areas in dentistry.
She aims to provide a high standard of dental care in a relaxed, friendly and efficient atmosphere, keeping in touch with current techniques through regular continuing development courses. She is a member of the British Dental Association.
Hetal practices minimal intervention dentistry and considers it important to discuss all treatment options with her patients so that they are in a position to make informed choices.
One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been the care of nervous and anxious patients. She finds this aspect of dentistry personally fulfilling and strongly believe that everyone should have access to pain-free dentistry.
In her spare time Hetal enjoys cooking, traveling and meditation as she feels it is important to have a healthy mind in a healthy body.
Dr. Manish Gudka

Dr. Manish Gudka qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London. He currently works in private clinics in London and Milton Keynes.
Manish has a calm and caring approach towards his delivery of dental care. Patients often tell him stories of how dentistry was, and how it has changed. He hopes to depict everything a modern day dentist should be to his patients. He listens to what his patients have to say, advises honestly and openly about the options available and then delivers high quality treatments in a relaxed environment.
After graduating, Manish soon completed a year-long course in Aesthetic Dentistry, at King’s College London. With this advanced training in aesthetic dentistry, he is able to use evidence-based, minimally invasive techniques to provide his cosmetic treatment. He is often able to bring about changes to people’s smiles with less treatment than they often think they need.
Manish has a keen interest in delivering cosmetic orthodontic treatments and is an accredited provider of a range of orthodontic treatments including Smile Tru Clear Braces, Six Month Smiles and C Fast Braces. If you have ever wished your teeth were straight, why not contact him for a chat about what you could do.
As Manish is a firm believer in continuing to learn, he is currently undertaking an implant course at a prestigious Harley Street Clinic and is confident that soon he will be able to offer this treatment in house to all his patients.
Away from the dental clinic, Manish loves travelling, always plotting his next trip, is a football-holic (though he wishes not to disclose who he supports) and enjoys watching the latest movies.
Dr. Rosida Dowlut
BDS, MSc Restorative Aesthetic Dentistry (merit)

Rosida is a dental graduate of the University of Manchester, UK and qualified in 2003. She is dedicated to providing the friendliest and highest level of care to all of her patients in a relaxed environment.
Her main interests lie in preventive dentistry, minimally invasive restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. Being committed to continually enhance her knowledge and skills, she regularly attends different types of postgraduate courses to provide the most up to date care possible.
She has completed a year long certificate course in aesthetic dentistry at the St Anne’s Dental institute in 2008 and an implant course in 2013 and is a certified Inman aligner and Invisalign (clear removable braces) provider.
Currently, she is undertaking a two year long postgraduate course in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. To complement her dentistry, she also provides anti wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers to suitable patients.
Rosida loves travelling when time permits and experience different types of foods and cultures, loves ice skating and cycling. She is also an avid movie watcher and can be seen mostly every Friday night in cinemas!
Dr. Viren Patel

Viren Graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2013 and has since worked in a family friendly dental practice with growing popularity from his patients. His caring and analytic approach to patient care is indicative of the modern and progressive outlook in dentistry, which is why his main focus is on prevention and patient education.
His motto is “To achieve the best patient outcome in the most minimally invasive way possible”
Viren appreciates the importance of keeping his skills current for the benefit of his patients and thus attends numerous courses in order to expand and advance his clinical skills. He also successfully passed postgraduate examinations through the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh and obtained a Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery through the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Since his time as a dental student, Viren has enjoyed the surgical aspect of dentistry. To pursue this surgical path he is currently undertaking a Dental Implant Course at Harley Street, London, which is accredited by Stony Brook University in New York, USA. He is optimistic to start offering this treatment soon to his patients.
Cosmetics is integrated into every aspect of dentistry and Viren has taken a keen interest in cosmetic tooth straightening. He is now an accredited provider of a range of cosmetic orthodontic treatments including C-Fast braces and SmileTru clear aligners.
Viren is a huge sports fan and particularly enjoys playing cricket and football, and watching watching Formula 1 and NFL. He enjoys gaming on his Playstation 4 in his spare time which shows there is still a little boy hidden within him. That is if he is not travelling across the world.
Dr. Narinder DhadwalBDS (Lond.), MJDF RCS (Eng.), MClinDent (Lond.) (Periodontics), Diploma in Advanced Clinical Periodontology (Lond.) MPerio RCS (Edin.)

Narinder is a Specialist Periodontist based in private practice. She qualified from St. Bartholomew’s & The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry, Queen Mary, University of London in 2007. During her studies she was awarded the Harold Fink Prize for outstanding academic achievement. She then went on to work extensively in general practice and successfully completed her MJDF Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2009.
In 2014 Narinder completed her 3-year postgraduate training in Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Periodontology and Implants at The Royal London Hospital and gained her Membership in Periodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2015. During her specialist training, Narinder received an award from the British Society of Periodontology (BSP) and presented some of her work at the International Association of Dental Research (IADR) and the British Society of Restorative Dentistry (BSRD). She was also involved in supervising and examining undergraduate students at the Royal London Hospital and was also the Specialist Training Committee (STC) Representative for Periodontology.
In 2018 Narinder became a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology. She is also a visiting lecturer at Eastman CPD and currently a committee member for the Young International Team of Implantology (YITI).
Her clinical interests include the treatment of gum and peri-implant diseases and surgical periodontal treatment in particular periodontal plastic surgery for the treatment of gum recession.
Dr Anand MistryBDS (Lond) MFDS RCSEd MFGDP (UK) MSc Endo Practice Limited to Endodontics

Anand qualified in 2006 from King’s College London and has since worked as a General Practitioner in Cornwall, North London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. In 2009, he completed a postgraduate diploma, the MFDS (Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Anand has a Special Interest in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment) and completed a part-time MSc in Endodontics at King’s College London in 2016, passing with Distinction. He now limits his practice to Private Endodontics.
He aims to be able to provide enhanced Root Canal Treatment which is also pain-free. He uses Microscopes to perform his treatments and also uses the latest methods such as Rotary and Reciprocating preparation and Warm Obturation techniques. This enables his patients to retain their teeth for longer. Anand regularly treats cases that are considered complex, including teeth with curved canals, re-treatments, extensively restored teeth and resorptive lesions.
He works part-time at Aspects Dental, accepting referrals from dentists within the practice, as well as from external practices. He is happy to assist the referring dentist and patient as best he can.
Anand is happily married and lives in North London. Outside of dentistry, Anand is a football fan and plays regularly in order to keep fit. He is also a keen photographer; specialising in portraits, wedding events and long-exposure photography.
Dr. Jesal Pankhania

Jesal Pankhania is a very caring and approachable dentist whose view on dentistry is very patient-centred. He makes a great effort to help patients understand their choices, to make an informed decision for what treatment is best for them.
His holistic methodology means many anxious patients’ minds are put at ease and with a main focus on prevention for better long-term outcomes.
Jesal is an award-winning dentist, having won the award for “Best Young Dentist” at The Annual Dentistry Awards in 2014. The judges were a panel of esteemed dental peers and based their judgement on the unique and bespoke way he delivered his treatment plans to his patients.
Jesal qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2004 and very soon after found his niche in mentoring and was the youngest dentist to be appointed as a Foundation Dentist Trainer by The West Midlands deanery. They currently include him on a unique list of dentists that are set [sent?] to teach, coach and mentor dentists from abroad, and those leaving university, to help them get up to speed to achieve the competency and skills required to work as a confident dentist in the UK.
Jesal completed his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons London in 2012 and is completing his Master’s degree currently.
Jesal was trained and mentored one to one in Implant Dentistry by consultants & professors at Sheffield University for two years and has been placing implants since 2010. Jesal is therefore up to date with all the latest evidence-based research, implant systems, techniques and materials.

Dr. Oana Alexandra Omer

Oana graduated from the University Carol Davila- Dental School , Bucharest, Romania in 2010.
After graduation she started right away her 3 years postgraduate training in Orthodontics and Dental- Orthopaedics in Bucharest. She had the opportunity to treat a large range of malocclusions in children and adults and work closely with dental surgeons and implantologists. She was especially involved in treating children with cleft-palate deficiency and preparing cases for pre-surgical orthodontics.
Starting the beginning of 2014 she is a Specialist Orthodontist working in several private practices. She is certificated in Incognito, Invisalign and loves working with all kind of braces: metallic, ceramic, sapphire.
Oana is passionate about Orthodontics and stays in touch with all new techniques in order to deliver the best treatment solutions to her patients. She is a friendly and understanding person who is always around for her patients and referrals.

Previous to this I gained a degree in Biomedical Materials Science from the University of Birmingham.

Having qualified as a Dental Therapist in 2016 from the University of Liverpool, I have spent the last two years gaining experience working full time at a busy combined dental practice alongside eight dentists and four other therapists.
I have aspired to be a part of the dental profession for many years and I now feel I am in a position to make a difference.
Alongside my work, I have recently converted my dental hygiene/therapy diploma into a degree, by completing a part time course over 18 months with the University of Central Lancashire. I also have an additional qualification which allows me to carry out whitening treatments.
I enjoy all aspects of my work, however I particularly enjoy placing white composite fillings on anterior teeth as I feel this has the highest impact of making a patient feel more comfortable with their smile. I also feel passionately about educating patients on periodontal disease.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling the world, particularly to where there are mountains, I love skiing, hiking and climbing. I enjoy staying fit by playing hockey and also sing at the occasional wedding (when I have the time!)
Lisa Ward MundinDental Nurse

Lisa is a highly experienced dental nurse and has been nursing for over 20 years. Her passion lies in attention to detail ensuring that the treatment goes as smooth as possible for the dentist and the patient.
She has worked for a number of years as an orthodontic nurse. She has vast knowledge about dental treatments and is always happy to talk to patients to make them feel at ease.
She is a loving mum to her 17 month baby boy and is also currently expecting her second baby boy.
Meera PatelRDN Dental Nurse

Meera started her dentistry training in 2013 and became fully qualified within 2 years as a dental nurse. With mostly working at NHS practices’ around the South of England, Meera gained a vast amount of experience from various environments which has really helped her to progress her career to new heights. With this experience Meera has found her calling and increased passion for learning further within radiography, oral hygiene and implants; she feels this is the area she wants to dedicate her career to and be able to master the science behind each element.
As an individual who is very close to her family and spends much time with them, Meera has been able to transfer those traits to her patients and has a very gentle and caring attitude to each person, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from their visit. She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are looked after well and they get treated to the highest standard.
In her spare time Meera enjoys cooking, walking and baking especially cookies & cakes.

Vera is a qualified dental nurse who gained her qualification in 2015 and has over 3 years of experience. Vera has worked both at Private Dentists and NHS Dental Practices and has experience in assisting during Implant procedures and surgical treatments.
Vera always ensures that patients have a great experience at each appointment by creating a friendly, calm and reassuring atmosphere in and out of the surgery.
Vera enjoys singing in her the church choir, reading and swimming in her spare time.

Mirka has worked in the dental industry over 12 years starting as a dental technician and qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2010. Having mostly worked at busy NHS practice environment she gained valuable experience in assisting general dentists and specialists. In this time she has proven to deliver the highest standards of care to patients and be able to deal with nervous or anxious patients.
Mirka’s priority has always been health and safety for the patients and as well making sure all patients are feeling comfortable at the dentist. She is always communicating the treatments plans with the patients and discussing aftercare to make sure they leave the practise with a smile on their faces.
Mirka has constantly been strengthening and improving her skills and experience by attending courses such as dental radiology, impression taken, varnish application and suture removal.
Mirka loves to spend a free time with her family exploring new places, countryside and historical sites. She also loves cooking and baking.
Hannah RichardsRDN Dental Nurse
I began my career in dentistry back in 2014 as I trained to become a Dental Nurse and later qualified in 2016. I have since had experience in leading a team as a Head Receptionist and Assistant Manager where I was able to bring ideas to ensure best practice and care for patients; this enabled me to really develop and see the patient journey from all aspects. I hope to gain more knowledge and skills through continuing my Dental Nurse career.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time exploring new places! My favourite things in life are food, travelling, long walks along the beach and spending time with loved ones.
Jan MawbyDental Receptionist
Jan is our very welcoming dental receptionist. She takes great joy in helping our patients on their dental journey making it stress free and relaxing. She has been a dental receptionist for 13 years and absolutely loves her job as she loves interacting with patients.
Her hobbies include gardening, reading historical novels, walking her 2 dogs, an Old English Sheep dog and a small Jack Russel. She also has 2 cats and a tortoise who is about nearly 90yrs old. To complete the family she has a husband of 34 years and is a loving mum to her daughter. And she does make the best cup of tea!
Bhavisha PatelDental Receptionist
Bhavisha started as a receptionist back in 2013 where she found the passion for dentistry and patient care. After being a receptionist for over 6 months, she then became a head receptionist. Thereafter she continued to extend her knowledge and capabilities and eventually worked as a practice manager.
Bhavisha has developed good knowledge and understanding of dental treatments and wants to carry on developing this further. She is a loving mother to her beautiful daughter. In here spare time she loves doing hairdressing for her friends and family.
Mitesh DesaiNon Clinical Director and Practice Manager
Mitesh is our Non Clinical director and practice manager. He graduated from Aston University in 2005 studying Managerial & Administrative Studies and thereafter worked as an Accounts Assistant in an established Chartered Accounts Practice in London.
Mitesh’s passion lies in providing the best possible service for our patients and ensuring that the patient journey is as smooth as possible. Mitesh is also very keen on providing the best quality treatment at Aspects Dental and believes in modern dental technology. He also has great attention to detail and ensures protocols are followed consistently. He believes greatly in teamwork and feels that as a team nothing is unconquerable.
In his spare time Mitesh enjoys playing golf and is obsessed with watching sports be it football, cricket or golf!
