Patient came in with a failing bridge on his upper front teeth.
Patient decided to have an implant therefore a CBCT Scan was taken to ensure this option is possible. Once an implant and a bone graft were placed, a 16 week period was allowed for integration.
A prototype bridge was fitted to allow the gums to heal and for the patient to check the aesthetics before proceeding with the long-term screw retained fixed bridge.
The patient presented himself with heavy bruxism, knowing this a metal sub structure was placed on the inside.
