Patient presented with a vertical fracture on the lower left molar, unfortunately the tooth was unrestorable. Patient wanted an implant to replace the missing tooth to gain function in her bite again.
A dental implant was placed after 12 weeks of healing followed by a screw retained implant crown after bone and implant had integrated. Patient can now chew on the left hand side like she did before the loss of her tooth.
