Hetal Patel is our Principal Dentist. She graduated in Birmingham Dental School in 2007. She has now worked as a general dentist for 7 years in a busy family dental practice gaining a comprehensive knowledge of all areas in dentistry.

She aims to provide a high standard of dental care in a relaxed, friendly and efficient atmosphere, keeping in touch with current techniques through regular continuing development courses. She is a member of the British Dental Association.

Hetal practices minimal intervention dentistry and considers it important to discuss all treatment options with her patients so that they are in a position to make informed choices.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been the care of nervous and anxious patients. She finds this aspect of dentistry personally fulfilling and strongly believe that everyone should have access to pain-free dentistry.

In her spare time Hetal enjoys cooking, traveling and meditation as she feels it is important to have a healthy mind in a healthy body.

Viren Graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2013 and has since worked in a family friendly dental practice with growing popularity from his patients. His caring and analytic approach to patient care is indicative of the modern and progressive outlook in dentistry, which is why his main focus is on prevention and patient education.

His motto is “To achieve the best patient outcome in the most minimally invasive way possible”

Viren appreciates the importance of keeping his skills current for the benefit of his patients and thus attends numerous courses every year in order to expand and advance his clinical skills. He also successfully passed postgraduate examinations through the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh and obtained a Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery through the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2014.

In 2020, he started his Diploma in Orthodontics, which is a field of dentistry he has always had a passion for since his time as a dental student. He successfully passed his examinations in 2022, with a joint top distinction award. He has experience in treating the full range of malocclusions, no matter how simple or complex, using a variety of machanics including fixed metal braces, tooth-coloured braces, lingual braces, removable braces, functional braces, clear aligners (Invisalign), and mini-screws.

Cosmetics is integrated into every aspect of dentistry. He is an accredited provider of a range of cosmetic orthodontic treatments including Invisalign Go, C-Fast braces and SmileTru clear aligners.

Viren also enjoys the surgical aspect of dentistry. To pursue this surgical path, in 2014, he undertook a Dental Implant Course at Harley Street, London, which is accredited by Stony Brook University in New York, USA.

Viren is a huge sports fan and particularly enjoys playing cricket and football, and watching Formula 1 and NFL. He enjoys gaming on his Playstation in his spare time which shows there is still a little boy hidden within him. That is, if he is not travelling across the world.

Dr. Manish Gudka qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London. He currently works in private clinics in London and Milton Keynes.

Manish has a calm and caring approach towards his delivery of dental care. Patients often tell him stories of how dentistry was, and how it has changed. He hopes to depict everything a modern day dentist should be to his patients. He listens to what his patients have to say, advises honestly and openly about the options available and then delivers high quality treatments in a relaxed environment.

After graduating, Manish soon completed a year-long course in Aesthetic Dentistry, at King’s College London. With this advanced training in aesthetic dentistry, he is able to use evidence-based, minimally invasive techniques to provide his cosmetic treatment. He is often able to bring about changes to people’s smiles with less treatment than they often think they need.

Manish has a keen interest in delivering cosmetic orthodontic treatments and is an accredited provider of a range of orthodontic treatments including Smile Tru Clear Braces, Six Month Smiles and C Fast Braces. As Manish is a firm believer in continuing to learn, he is currently undertaking an implant course at a prestigious Harley Street Clinic and is confident that soon he will be able to offer this treatment in house to all his patients.

Away from the dental clinic, Manish loves travelling, always plotting his next trip, is a football-holic (though he wishes not to disclose who he supports) and enjoys watching the latest movies.

Rosida is a dental graduate of the University of Manchester, UK and qualified in 2003. She is dedicated to providing the friendliest and highest level of care to all of her patients in a relaxed environment.

Her main interests lie in preventive dentistry, minimally invasive restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. Being committed to continually enhance her knowledge and skills, she regularly attends different types of postgraduate courses to provide the most up to date care possible.

She has completed a year long certificate course in aesthetic dentistry at the St Anne’s Dental institute in 2008 and an implant course in 2013 and is a certified Inman aligner and Invisalign (clear removable braces) provider.

Currently, she is undertaking a two year long postgraduate course in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. To complement her dentistry, she also provides anti wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers to suitable patients.

Rosida loves travelling when time permits and experience different types of foods and cultures, loves ice skating and cycling. She is also an avid movie watcher and can be seen mostly every Friday night in cinemas!

Hardeep graduated with honours from the University of Birmingham in 2015. After graduating, Hardeep undertook various hospital roles in maxillofacial, oral surgery and oral medicine. During this time, he was awarded with the Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in addition to other dental prizes. Hardeep has also spent time as a clinical teacher of undergraduates at Birmingham Dental Hospital.

Hardeep has a particular interest and passion in the field of periodontology and educating his patients on the benefits of good oral hygiene for their general oral and systemic health. In particular, he finds seeing his patients’ periodontal health dramatically improve through his non-surgical and surgical methods, very rewarding.

Outside of dentistry, Hardeep enjoys watching and playing football, travelling the world and spending time with his family and friends.

Anand qualified in 2006 from King’s College London and has since worked as a General Practitioner in Cornwall, North London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. In 2009, he completed a postgraduate diploma, the MFDS (Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Anand has a Special Interest in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatment) and completed a part-time MSc in Endodontics at King’s College London in 2016, passing with Distinction. He now limits his practice to Private Endodontics.

He aims to be able to provide enhanced Root Canal Treatment which is also pain-free. He uses Microscopes to perform his treatments and also uses the latest methods such as Rotary and Reciprocating preparation and Warm Obturation techniques. This enables his patients to retain their teeth for longer. Anand regularly treats cases that are considered complex, including teeth with curved canals, re-treatments, extensively restored teeth and resorptive lesions.

He works part-time at Aspects Dental, accepting referrals from dentists within the practice, as well as from external practices. He is happy to assist the referring dentist and patient as best he can.

Anand is happily married and lives in North London. Outside of dentistry, Anand is a football fan and plays regularly in order to keep fit. He is also a keen photographer; specialising in portraits, wedding events and long-exposure photography.

Jesal Pankhania is a very caring and approachable dentist whose view on dentistry is very patient-centred. He makes a great effort to help patients understand their choices, to make an informed decision for what treatment is best for them.

His holistic methodology means many anxious patients’ minds are put at ease and with a main focus on prevention for better long-term outcomes.

Jesal is an award-winning dentist, having won the award for “Best Young Dentist” at The Annual Dentistry Awards in 2014. The judges were a panel of esteemed dental peers and based their judgement on the unique and bespoke way he delivered his treatment plans to his patients.

Jesal qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2004 and very soon after found his niche in mentoring and was the youngest dentist to be appointed as a Foundation Dentist Trainer by The West Midlands deanery. They currently include him on a unique list of dentists that are sent to teach, coach and mentor dentists from abroad, and those leaving university, to help them get up to speed to achieve the competency and skills required to work as a confident dentist in the UK.

Jesal completed his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons London in 2012 and is completing his Master’s degree currently.

Jesal was trained and mentored one to one in Implant Dentistry by consultants & professors at Sheffield University for two years and has been placing implants since 2010. Jesal is therefore up to date with all the latest evidence-based research, implant systems, techniques and materials.

Kayleigh is a graduate of Birmingham Dental Hospital. Before this she gained a degree in Biomedical Materials Science from the University of Birmingham.

She enjoys spending quality time with family, reading, and going on a relaxing holiday. Kayleigh is also a big fan of football.

Lauren is a graduate of the FdsC Oral Health Science programme from the University of Essex.

She has worked in the dental industry as a Dental Nurse for over 8 years, before training to become a Dental Hygienist, and has a passion for Oral Health prevention and education.

She enjoys trying new restaurants, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Meera started her dentistry training in 2013 and became fully qualified within 2 years as a Dental Nurse. With mostly working at NHS practices’ around the South of England, Meera gained a vast amount of experience from various environments which has really helped her to progress her career to new heights. With this experience Meera has found her calling and increased passion for learning further within radiography, oral hygiene and implants; she feels this is the area she wants to dedicate her career to and be able to master the science behind each element.

As an individual who is very close to her family and spends much time with them, Meera has been able to transfer those traits to her patients and has a very gentle and caring attitude to each person, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from their visit. She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are looked after well and they get treated to the highest standard.

In her spare time Meera enjoys cooking, walking and baking especially cookies & cakes.

Vanessa has been a Dental Nurse for over 30 years, which has included working in an Orthodontic Dental Practice, working in a Maxillofacial Hospital and experience working in a prison environment as a Dental Nurse, as well as Dental Agency work too.

In her spare time, Vanessa likes spending time with her friend’s, family and her dog Bonnie. She enjoys cooking and loves camping trips.

Cheryl has been a qualified Dental Nurse for the last 30 years. She loves her job and having a good laugh, whenever it is possible and she enjoys helping all Dental Patients!

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys a boogie with a cool drink in hand and she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her cat.

Raquel is due to qualify as a Dental Nurse in 2022, after completing her apprenticeship here at Aspects Dental.

Her favourite part of dentistry is Orthodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry, as she enjoys seeing patients gain confidence back through their smile.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, seeing family and friends, reading, and travelling.

Jan is our very welcoming Dental Receptionist and Administrator. She takes great joy in helping our patients on their dental journey, making it stress free and relaxing.

Her hobbies include gardening, reading historical novels, walking her dogs, and spending time with her family.

Matt is our Dental Practice Coordinator; he takes great pride in his work and loves to provide fantastic service to our patients.

His spare time is filled with lots of shopping, trips to New York and Turkey, and loves a relaxing day at home.

Mitesh is our Non Clinical director and practice manager. He graduated from Aston University in 2005 studying Managerial & Administrative Studies and thereafter worked as an Accounts Assistant in an established Chartered Accounts Practice in London.

Mitesh’s passion lies in providing the best possible service for our patients and ensuring that the patient journey is as smooth as possible. Mitesh is also very keen on providing the best quality treatment at Aspects Dental and believes in modern dental technology. He also has great attention to detail and ensures protocols are followed consistently. He believes greatly in teamwork and feels that as a team nothing is unconquerable.

In his spare time Mitesh enjoys playing golf and is obsessed with watching sports be it football, cricket or golf!
