This lovely lady presented with a failing Post and Crown on the upper front central incisor and unaesthetic crowns on the adjacent teeth. First phase of treatment was extracting the upper right central incisor, removing the unaesthetic crowns and placing a temporary bridge. The second phase was implant placement on the missing space and provision of new Zirconia Crowns on the adjacent teeth to get a very good result.
Case 11
Patient presented with a failing post crown on the upper left second incisor. Patient had the tooth extracted and then a temporary acrylic denture whilst the bone was healing. 12 weeks after the extraction, the implant was placed and 12 weeks later had the implant crown fitted.
Case 15
Patient presented with a failing post crown on the lower left central incisor. Patient had the tooth extracted and a temporary denture fitted straight after. After the healing period of 12 weeks, patient had the implant placed and after another 12 weeks had the implant crown placed.
