Patient presented with extensive bone loss on a molar. The tooth was extracted and after this there was insufficient bone height for a dental implant. Patient had a sinus lift surgery to create space for an implant. After allowing the surgery to settle down for 9 months a dental implant was placed and 3 months later a crown was fitted.
Case 3

Case 5
Patient presented with a vertical root fracture on upper left molar. Tooth was extracted and the bone was left to heal for 12 weeks. A CBCT Scan concluded a good amount of bone for a dental implant. The dental implant was placed and 12 weeks after it was restored with a screw retained crown.
Case 9
Patient presented herself with all teeth either infected or decayed. Unfortunately most of the teeth were unsalvageable.
A full mouth clearance was done by extracting all the teeth and patient was provided with upper and lower full acrylic dentures. We allowed 3 months of healing to occur before a CBCT Scan was taken to determine if dental implants could be placed.
Patient opted to go ahead with implant retained dentures and 4 implants were placed in the upper jaw and 3 implants were placed in the lower jaw. We successfully restored her smile.
