Patient presented himself with retained roots and a vertical fractured tooth on the upper left quadrant which required extraction for both teeth. He had some existing missing spaces on the right hand side.

Once the teeth were removed a CBCT scan was taken to check for bone height, width and density. Unfortunately the patient didn’t have enough bone and require an open lateral window sinus lift surgery.

The sinus lift were carried out on both sides and left to settle down for 6 months before placing dental implants.

Once the implants were placed, patient had to wait a further 3 months to ensure the implants had imbedded in the bone before proceeding with the restorations.

A longer journey but the results were well worth the wait.

Patient presented with a Maryland bridge. This held in for a number of years, however patient wanted a permanent option because he kept on worrying about the bridge falling out from time to time and having the trouble of having it fixed repetitively.

A dental implant was placed and 12 weeks later a screw retained implant crown was fixed.

Patient came in with a failing bridge on his upper front teeth.

Patient decided to have an implant therefore a CBCT Scan was taken to ensure this option is possible. Once an implant and a bone graft were placed, a 16 week period was allowed for integration.

A prototype bridge was fitted to allow the gums to heal and for the patient to check the aesthetics before proceeding with the long-term screw retained fixed bridge.

The patient presented himself with heavy bruxism, knowing this a metal sub structure was placed on the inside.

Patient presented with a vertical fracture on the lower left molar, unfortunately the tooth was unrestorable. Patient wanted an implant to replace the missing tooth to gain function in her bite again.

A dental implant was placed after 12 weeks of healing followed by a screw retained implant crown after bone and implant had integrated. Patient can now chew on the left hand side like she did before the loss of her tooth.

This lovely lady presented with a grossly carious upper left second premolar and a failing post crown on the upper left first premolar. Patient opted to go for an implant bridge to replace the missing spaces after the extractions.
