Fortunately though, both NHS Dentists & Private Dentists have been permitted to remain open during the National Covid Lockdown 3, just as they were permitted during the National Covid Lockdown 2, back before Christmas in November 2020.

When the Coronavirus first came to the UK in March 2020, the whole country went into a National Lockdown, which included both NHS Dentists & Private Dentists. We were therefore closed for 11 weeks and we Re-Opened the Aspects Dental Practice on the 8^th June 2020.

When the Prime Minister announced that the UK would need to enter into a second Covid National Lockdown on the 5^th November 2020, for 4 weeks until the 3^rd December 2020, it was announced by the Chief Dental Officer Sara Hurley that both NHS Dentists & Private Dentists could still open.
