Treatment Of The Month (Bridge & Whitening)…

The latest Treatment Of The Month comes from our lovely Private Dentist, Dr. Manish Gudka, which includes a new Dental Bridge and Teeth Whitening.

We can solve your missing teeth problems with Dental Bridges. Our bespoke Dental Bridges; usually contain two Dental Crowns, with a false tooth in the middle.

The Dental Crowns fit onto the teeth, on either side of the gap, creating the “Dental Bridge” – whilst the false tooth, fills the gap for you.

They give a similar effect, to the more expensive Permanent Dental Implants and your Dental Treatment, will be finished faster for you.

The following Dental Patient had an existing Single Tooth Denture and Discoloured Teeth. The Denture was replaced with a new Dental Bridge and Teeth Whitening.

Cheryl has been a qualified Dental Nurse for the last 30 years. She loves her job and having a good laugh, whenever it is possible and she enjoys helping all Dental Patients!

In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys a boogie with a cool drink in hand and she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her cat.

New Dental Hygienist Viktoriya…

We’d very much like to welcome our new Dental Hygienist, Viktoriya Rabson, to the Aspects Dental Team and please see below more about Viktoriya.

Viktoriya graduated from the Crimean Medical University in Ukraine in 1996 and she has spent all of her working life in the Dentistry profession.

She loves educating Dental Patients on how to improve Oral Hygiene and adapting her practice, to put Nervous Dental Patients at ease.

Viktoriya believes that prevention is the key to good Oral Health and uses her years of experience, to administer preventive Dental Care Treatments.

Out of work she enjoys family life, cooking and baking, walking, listening to classical music, theatre and travelling.

It’s almost been a year since the first Covid Lockdown between the 23^rd March 2020 and the 8^th June 2020. Like all NHS Dentists & Private Dentists during the first Covid Lockdown, we were closed due to Government restrictions.

Brush Your Teeth Twice A Day…

Brushing your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, for about two minutes, is important for keeping your teeth, gums and mouth healthy. We’d recommend brushing your teeth last thing at night and on one other occasion during the day, ideally before breakfast.

Floss Your Teeth Once A Day…

Using Interdental Brushes or Dental Floss, once a day, to clean in between your teeth will help to reduce plaque even more. Sometimes toothbrushes are unable to get in between all our teeth and flossing will help to remove any bits of food and built up plaque.

Alongside brushing your teeth twice daily, using a fluoride mouthwash can be a great supplement to supporting the reduction of plaque build up on your gums, on your teeth and in between your teeth. However, it shouldn’t be used as a replacement for brushing your teeth.

Using a fluoride mouthwash daily is a great way to support looking after your Oral Health including clearing away any left-over food debris in your mouth, killing bacteria, freshening your breath, preventing Tooth Decay and reducing the risk of Gum Disease.
